Repeat prescriptions still need to be ordered at least 3 working days in advance of when they are needed

Covid-19

Please be aware we are experiencing high volume of calls at this time, but will try to answer your queries as quickly as we can.

Please do not leave messages on the answer phone requesting repeat medication.  You can post a request through the letterbox , making sure your name, address and date of birth are added to the list of medication you need. Or you could register for My Health on Line and request your prescription over the internet. Please ask for further details.

Secretaries are not able to help with medication queries, for urgent requests to dispensary please call between 11-12am and between 3-4pm.

We are aware there is a lot social media attention and patient queries surrounding rescue packs (antibiotics and steroids) for our COPD/Asthma patients. BCUHB Policy does NOT support use of anticipatory rescue packs as there are insufficient medicines in the supply chain to meet the demand.
